Pink & Orange Birthday

I am headed off to celebrate the end of the fall tennis season and the birthdays of our two team captains.  I made them each a birthday card in our current team colors, which are Orange Zest and Raspberry Fizz, although Nike has different names for those colors (what's up with that?).

Supplies Used:

Paper:  Orange Zest, Raspberry Fizz, White, In Bloom
Other:  Sweet as Can Be die, Embossing Powder

happy birthday
Stamps:  Background Basics Retro, Polka Dots, Tin Types, Market Street Stamps Zebra, Paper Smooches Sentiment Sampler
Paper:  Orange Zest, Raspberry Fizz, White
Other:  Embossing Powder

Thanks for Visiting

  1. These are both so pretty, Joyce! I love those colours together and the heat embossing that you did on the first one!

  2. the heat-embossed ice-cream scoops are amazing! and the little bit of animal print on the 2nd one is an eye-catcher - so sassy :)

  3. Wow, these are super bright and cheery, with those great colors and all that heat embossed shininess. I love the one with the In Bloom patterned paper and I think I spy some animal print from your Market Street Stamps too!

  4. Great cards. Love the layout for each one. Those colors are awesome together. Love how you made your own background papers for the 2nd card.

  5. Big bold colours! Looks great Joyce! The ice cream looks fab with each layers. And the heat embossing looks great too with those cardstock! :)

  6. I love these two colors together, no matter what they are called. The ice cream cone looks so sweet and yummy and the other card with all of the different patterned paper, what a fabulous idea!
