PTI 9th Anniversary...3 More Challenges

I have three more cards for PTI 9th Anniversary challenges.  First up is a card for the Color Pop challenge.  My colors were Simply Chartreuse, Raspberry Fizz and Hawaiian Shores, and I made a sympathy card using Bitty Bouquets.

Next up is a thank you card for the warehouse staff for the Saturday Snail Mail challenge.

I used this week's CAS(E) this Sketch #159 for this card.

Last is a card for the Papercrafting Alphabet Challenge.  I used the first 3 letters of my first name...j (jewels or rhinestones) o (ombre) and y (yellow).

I used a yellow paint chip for my yellow and ombre and surrounded my inlaid die cut sentiment with three rhinestones.

I will be sending the first and third card to Jennifer McGuire for her Lasting Hearts card drive to comfort mothers who have lost a child.

Thanks for Visiting

  1. Looks like we spent part of the day doing the same thing :)

Love the ombre yellow hugs card, the butterflies are a fabulous take on CTS lines and the embossing on the first card adds such wonderful texture (this one needs to be linked to the Muse challenge).

  8. I love all of these Joyce, The sympathy card is wonderful because the colors are hopeful. It's simple, and the background adds softness and depth. Wonderful colors on the sponged butterflies - really beautiful creation. Love, love, love the paint chip ombre card - very clever to use the first 3 letters of your name. Perfect got JM's challenge. I know first hand about that kind of loss, and I know how it feels to have it acknowledged. Beautiful idea. You have inspired me. Off to make something.

  9. A trio of beauties, Joyce. Your sympathy card is lovely, especially with the colours you've chosen. The paint chip card: brilliant (a reminder that I have a stack of those somewhere in my collection) and oh so perfect for the Lasting Hearts drive that has touched many of us (me included...long, long ago). Your butterflies...oh. my. stars! Totally in love!
    Hugs~c

I really like how you've layered the die cuts to have the thin black lines on the sentiment - your sentiment really pops beautifully and it looks great!!! All fabulous, Joyce!!!

  12. Your sympathy card is so comforting with all the white space and pops of color. Beautiful thank-you card for the warehouse crew also. And, last but not least, what a great idea to imbed your hugs in the ombré paint chip. Thanks, Joyce, for congratulating me on my win. I'm so excited!
