The 12 Kits of Christmas: June

It's the end of June, and that means it is time for my monthly 12 Kits of Christmas post.  If you are wondering what you have stumbled into, please click here for more information.  This month's haul was generously provided by Amy of Stamp-N-Paradise.  Just take a look at all the goodies she sent.  One of the most fun parts about this group is getting to play with stamp sets and dies I don't have, and this month was no exception.  There was not a single item in Amy's kit that I already owned, with the exception of the solid card stock.  Score!

I made 4 cards this month, and saved a number of items to use later, when I see what the others have done with them.

I had such fun playing with all the goodies in Amy's kit, and now I am eager to see what everyone else has created.  Thank you so much, Amy, for sending such a wonderful kit.  If you are curious about anything used to make these cards, head over to Amy's blog, where I'm sure she will have information on the supplies she sent.

Here is a list of the other members of The 12 Kits of Christmas.  Please stop by their blogs and check out what they have done this month.

  1. Joyce, fabulous cards... this to me is the most fun part of this challenge, checking out what everyone else has made with their kits. Your cards are so festive and I love the first card, it looks like a patchwork of vintage Christmas cards put together, so beautiful. My favorite card is your second one, joy looks so perfect with the holly berry leaves on the jingle bell, just too cute.

  2. Wow! Joyce you outdid your self on these! Each card is so elegant. I love the one with the satin ribbon dividing the printed papers. The CAS one with the Joy is gorgeous. The last one is such a sweet scene. The first one is beautiful too… you made amazing cards with this kit.

  5. Joyce, Each card is better than the last! I like that you used the kraft bag with the little clothespin, the clean look of the Joy card, the awesome patterned hills with the Christmas trees. What amazes me is that all four cards look so different - each a beauty in it own right!

  9. Joyce you did such an awesome job, this month! I loved hearing that I wasn't the only one who wondered about those "exclamation points" ;) I love the way you have the post card and list clipped onto the bag, love the holly on the bell in the "joy" card, but I really love the cute patterned snow drifts on the last card :)

  10. Wow, these are all fabulous and each is so unique! The Christmas list clipped on with the clothespin looks great. Love the CAS look of the "Joy" card and how you used the holly leaves at the top. The third card is especially pretty & elegant. The satin ribbon is a fantastic touch. Have to admit the last is my favorite though. Love that sentiment and the trees are just wonderful with the patterned paper 'snow'!

  11. Hi Joyce! I love it all, but my fave is the Joy card - love how the sentiment takes center stage on that card! You've been so busy here in blogland. I adore your grungey card for the Duos challenge above too!

This is so much fun to see what you've done with the goodies especially since you didn't have these. The use of the brown bag was genius and I love the clothespin clipped to the top! Your second card with the holly topping the jingle bell??? LOVE THAT! You did such a great job.....Thank you!
