Time Out #141...Reminder...Relaxation

There is still time to play along with our current challenge at Time Out.  This week, we challenge you to be inspired by the theme:  RELAXATION.

Now, someone who didn't love dogs might find the idea of a massive pack of dogs to be anything but relaxing, but for me, these dogs brought a sense of calm and relaxation.  I have a large rescue dog who volunteers as a therapy dog with me at my local hospital, and I am always amazed at how he can brighten a patient's day, just by his mere presence.  Of course, just hanging out with friends is also relaxing.

Please head over to Time Out to see more inspiration from our Design Team and Guest Designer. Our Guest Designer this week is , so please stop by her blog to see what she has created for this challenge. Newton's Nook is our sponsor for this challenge.  Details for the prize are on the Time Out Challenge Blog.

This challenge will run another week.  I hope you will take some Time Out of your busy schedule to play along with us.

Thanks for Visiting

  1. Oh I didn't know your dog works as a therapy dog! That's wonderful. I'd love to do that with my dog but unfortunately he won't pass the tests here in Finland (they are very strict) because he is not very confident on slippery floors and can be afraid of other weird feeling (to him...) floor material. Anyway, love this card, super cute! Great idea to leave the dogs white and add some color elsewhere. xxx

  8. It's amazing how dogs can have a calming effect on people! I love dogs, and your card is so cute! I really like how you just colored the collars and scarves. This type of stamp intimidates me, so I like the idea of coloring it this way! Cute card!

  9. Love your partial coloring! You would never have to sell my on dogs. I can't imagine life without one. I am working with our little girl on therapy training. She has passed one test--just one more to go. So happy to hear about Sherlock!
