Happy Retirement

I have kind of given up on PTI these days, but when I happened to notice that Ink to Paper was hosting Laurie's Fabulous Favorites challenge this week, and I could play using PTI stamps, I pulled out a few supplies and got to it.  The challenge is to use Vellum, and I stamped the medium sized butterfly from Butterfly Folk on to a piece of vellum, heat embossed it in clear and then fussy cut it out.  I mounted it on another piece of vellum, following the sketch at Freshly Made Sketches #400 (Congrats to FMS on 400!!)

I am also entering this card at Addicted to Stamps and More #356:  Anything Goes and Simon Says Wednesday Challenge: Anything Goes.

Thanks for Visiting

  3. Such a sweet card and the butterfly works beautifully for the freedom implied with retirement! I too have given up on PTI and the new company. Your card reminded me that I had a card already fitting the challenge so entered my 2nd ItP tonight.
