CASology Week #363...Skyline

Hello and happy Tuesday. It's time for another challenge at CASology.   This week, our cue word is SKYLINE.  I cut the MFT New York Skyline out of black card stock and sponged a little bit of yellow ink around the area where the die cut met the card front.  I have so many people in my life with connections to New York City that I don't think this birthday card will stay in my stash for too long.

Now it's your turn.  How does SKYLINE inspire you?

As always, remember the following CAS guidelines when creating your design:
  1. One main image
  2. Lots of open space, uncluttered
  3. Limited layers & embellishments
  4. Quick & easy to recreate (Note: It may take a while to create a design you like, but once you have that design, making more should be a piece of cake!)

I hope you play along this week.

Please head on over to the CASology blog and gather some inspiration from our Guest Designer and the CASology design team.

Thanks for Visiting

  1. I like the pretty glow you added, this is fabulous!

  2. There's nothing like the NYC skyline and you've made it glow, Joyce.

  3. Beautiful skyline, Joyce! I love the stark contrast of the soft yellow sky against the NYC silhouette!

  4. That little bit of sponging is all this CAS beauty needs! (Canada just doesn't have the same iconic skylines. :D)

  5. Love that NY skyline! Looks great with the bit of yellow behind it.
