The 12 Kits of Occasions: March 2014

Today is the last day in March and time to post our projects for the 12 Kits of Occasions.  Our hostess this month is Kelly, and she sent the most wonderful package of goodies--all themed for spring and Easter.  In San Diego, Oour March came in like a lamb and is leaving like one, too, so I am all ready to craft for spring.  Take a look at what Kelly sent out:

Wouldn't you just love to dive in and create?  Well, that is just what I did.  I will get right to my pictures, since there is a lot to see.  I'll start with my favorite of the bunch.

That's it for me this month.  I am interested to see what everyone else did.  I still do have quite a few things left over that I can use for CASE-ing.  Thank you so very much, Kelly, for sending such a wonderful kit.

And, there's more.  We have a special guest designer this month, Karen from Crraftymama's Crafting Kitchen.

Please stop by our 12 Kits of Occasions blog page, our Facebook Page, our Pinterest page, and also visit all the other members of our 12 Kits of Occasions group.

  5. Amazing, simply amazing collection of cards Joyce! I was really stumped with those adorable bunny squares and I love what you did with them, so sweet paired with the gingham bow. But your first card is fabulous, really fabulous! Another thing I had no clue with to do with and you just totally rocked it, so clever and just gorgeous and I can't wait to pull mine back out to play with. Thank you for so much inspiration!

  6. You did a beautiful job mixing papers patterns and elements here like they were meant to be. The branch on the woodgrain with the flowers and birds is stunning, and look at that big yummy bow! I was afraid of that striped die cut and you made it look fabulous! You packed so many dies on that last one too - something wonderful every where I look!

  16. I absolutely LOVED that branch when I saw it on the blog, Joyce! So inspiring, since I haven't even used my branch or birds yet! But that bunny collage at the end was quite the grand finale! It's such a great mix of all things spring. So sweet with the sponging and tilted on an angle that way. Your Easter basket is colored perfectly and the gray bunnies with the big gingham bow make me so happy! What wonderful projects with the kit, Joyce, so glad you liked it!!

  18. This 12 kits thing sounds like so much fun. I just love seeing the outcomes when people are given the same bits to play with because everyone's is different and inspired. You've really come up with some wonderful cards out of this kit. So much fun!!! I agree about the best of the bunch but the others are winners too.

  19. Joyce, every month when I come to your blog I know that I'm going to see SO many cards! I always get such great ideas for my kit leftovers :) So I think this month my favorites are the stripes with the eggs (who doesn't love those stripes? What a statement they make!), the eggs in the basket (I love the caddy-cornered layering of the papers behind it... how cool!!!), and the three bunnies in a row :)
