CASology Week #315...Gratitude

Hello and happy Tuesday. It's time for another challenge at CASology.   This week, our cue word is GRATITUDE.  I always seem to need thank you cards, so I inked up PTI Orchid Expressions stamps and created this simple card.

Orchid Expressions Thank You

I'm playing along at Muse #279, where the inspiration is provided by the so-very-talented Tracey McNeely.  I was inspired by her pretty die cut red flowers, the blue water colored background and the sentiment placement.

Tracey's Inspiration Card

I used PTI Orchid Expressions flowers, stamped in various shades of pink and sponged Distress Oxide ink and sprinkled with water to create a background for my flowers.

 I am also entering this card at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge: Sprinkles and Splatters, where my splatters are water drops on the sponged Distress Oxide background.

My next card also uses the same flowers, and is inspired by a simplified version of the sketch at Freshly Made Sketches #350.
