Happy Mother's Day
I have a quick post with only 1 card today.
The challenge at PTI Make it Monday #316 is Stenciled Edges. I decided to remake one of my cards with this technique, and also submit it for the Transformation Tuesday challenge.
Here is my original card.
I changed the colors and the orientation of the card. Also, by sponging and stenciling the edges, I have almost no white space in my new card. I actually like both cards, and it is fun to see something so different emerge from basically the same supplies.
I am also entering this card at Retro Rubber #83: Anything Goes. My stamps and dies are from December 2016. I am also entering this card at Simon Says Wednesday Anything Goes.

CASology Week 293...Cross
Hello and happy Tuesday. It's time for another challenge at CASology. This week, our cue word is CROSS. There are really so many ways to go with this cue word....I decided to go with cross stitch. Don't ask me why, as I have never done cross stitch, but I did have a cross stitch stamp set, Chicken Scratch from PTI that has been gathering dust, so I decided to pull it out and have a go with some stamped cross stitching.
I am also linking my card up at AAA Cards #111, where the current challenge is to use only 1/3 of the card.
Now it's your turn. How does CROSS inspire you? I hope you play along this week. Please remember to keep it Clean and Simple.
Please head on over to the CASology blog and gather some inspiration from the design team.

PTI March 2018 Blog Hop
I'm playing along with the March, 2018 PTI Blog Hop Today. We have this beautiful photo to inspire us.
I was inspired by the pink and yellow flowers, mostly tulips. I pulled out Tulip Time--I had completely forgotten about these stamps, and am so glad that I found these stamps again.
I am also entering this card at The Flower Challenge #18: Anything Goes.

My Crafty Week
Hello friends. I have several cards to share today. As soon as I saw Kim's adorable inspiration card at Muse Challenge #258, I knew I had to play along.
Kim's Inspiration Card |
I was inspired by the balloons and pandas. I decided to do something very similar with penguins, another black and white animal. I used colors from this week's Color Throwdown Challenge #485.
I used a new-to-me stamp set from STAMPlorations called Fowl Play to enter the bird challenge at Addicted to CAS #132. I stamped a line up of those adorable birds and then colored them with Copics. I am also entering this card at AAA Cards #111: Use Only One Third.
This week on PTI Transformation Tuesday, Lizzie showed how she redid a card using Text Block Birthday. That gave me the idea to take a very masculine card I had made using that same die and redo it as a feminine card.

Last up is a Mother's Day card that I made using flowers from The Sweet Life and one of the Mix & Mat dies from PTI. I am entering this card at The Flower Challenge #18: Anything Goes and Simon Says Wednesday Challenge: Floral Frenzy.

CASology Week #292...Foil
Hello and happy Tuesday. It's time for another challenge at CASology. This week, our cue word is FOIL. I pulled out some patterned paper from my collection that has these festive dots--hard to see in this photo, but the darker dots are gold foil. All I needed to do was add a sentiment--I used a STAMPlorations Birthday die cut, stacked 4 deep, and also stamped the word happy in Delicata Gold on a piece of scrap and cut it out.
Now it's your turn. How does FOIL inspire you? I hope you play along this week. Please remember to keep it Clean and Simple.
Please head on over to the CASology blog and gather some inspiration from the design team.

Weekly Round Up
Happy Friday. I'm kicking off the weekend with a post of several cards I've made this week.
First up is a sweet little number using PTI Life is What You Bake it stamps and dies and the sketch at
One more card with that mixer, this one using the sketch at Freshly Made Sketches #328.
A card for Seize the Birthday, where the toppings option is Teal and White. I cased this card by Melissa during the PTI release week. Turns out that I have 4 shades of paper and ink in the teal family. I am also entering this at AAA Cards #110: Ombre.
And, last up is a card using Concord & 9th Globe Greetings, inspired by the sketch at Where Creativity Meets C9 #19.
