Giant Chocolate Bar Party Favors

Rachel and I made favors for her 14th birthday party.  She did most of the work.  We started with some colorful papers I got on sale at Michaels.  I cut them to size to cover those giant Hershey bars.  Then, she picked ink colors she liked and used the Alpha Blocks stamps and dies.  She arranged her friends' names on the wrappers, and decorated with a variety of flora doodle flowers.  They are very similar to the favors we made for her sister's birthday party this summer.

She has outgrown many of the types of party favors we have had in previous years.  Good thing a girl will never outgrow chocolate.  There is something so fun to a kid about a giant bar of chocolate.

Thanks for Visiting

  1. These are really great, Joyce! It is great to see Rachel helping out to make the favors. My little girl is an eager helper now. I can only hope she will be that helpful when she is older. And the giant chocolate bar... I've gotta keep that in mind. No one ever outgrows chocolate!
