25 Days of Christmas Tags 2018...Day 11

Welcome to Day 11 of The 25 Tags of Christmas Tags 2018.  If you are just arriving for the first time, all the details and the linkup can be found HERE.

Our sponsor for Day 11 is Winnie & Walter.

Winnie & Walter sent me 3 stamp sets to play with for my tag, and I made 4 tags, just trying to use a little bit of everything.

My first tag uses the wreath from In Bloom: Hollie's Festive Florals paired with a sentiment from Tagged Holiday Cheer.

Next up is a tag made with stamps from In Bloom: Frenchy's Festive Florals.

This tag is also made with stamps from  In Bloom: Frenchy's Festive Florals.

Last up, I used stamps from Tagged Holiday Cheer and some non-traditional colors to make a fun, graphic tag.

Please head over to Tracey's blog for more information on how you can join in on the fun and get a chance to win a prize.

Time Out #120...Reminder...happy birthday

There is still time to play along with our current challenge at Time Out.  Our challenge this time is

We have a wonderful sponsor this week, Winnie & Walter.   I created my card using sponsor products Happy Birthday to You , Happy Birthday to You Cutaways and Cover Model: Multifaceted Cutaway.  It was a lot of work, but I die cut my card front and then individually colored each piece before placing it back, like a puzzle.  It was a lot of work, and I don't know what I was thinking, but I really like how it turned out.

Please head over to Time Out to see more inspiration from our Design Team.  Winnie and Walter is our sponsor for this challenge.  Details for the prize are on the Time Out Challenge Blog.

This challenge will run another week.  I hope you will take some Time Out of your busy schedule to play along with us.

Time Out #108...Reminder...Happy Birthday

There is still time to play along with our current challenge at Time Out.  Our challenge this time is a challenge to be WILD.

I was lucky enough to get Happy Birthday to You stamps and dies from our sponsor, Winnie & Walter.  I used them to make a fun and bold birthday card with a bright and wild color scheme.  I feel like there is a wild birthday party, right on my card.

While I had all these supplies out, I made a couple more in other colors, just for fun.  It's great to add a few more birthday cards to my stash, just in time for my mom's visit--she tends to clean me out!  I am going to enter one of these cards at Seize the Birthday, where their challenge is Anything Goes.

Please head over to Time Out to see more inspiration from our Design Team and Guest Designer. Our Guest Designer this week is , so please stop by her blog to see what she has created for this challenge. My Crafty Weekend

I was able to make several cards this weekend for challenges--just for fun.

I am really loving all my new Altenew inks.  The colors are so very pretty.  I am submitting this card at PTI Make it Monday #271: A La Carte--I went back to MIM #245: Color Isolation for this card.  I stamped the main bouquet image from Fresh Bouquet in black, and then filled in all the leaves and flowers with colored stamping.  I filled up the rest of the card front with the image stamped in Soft Stone and left them uncolored.

I am also entering this card at Just Us Girls #376:  All Over Stamping and AAA Cards #81:  Hello.

This big bloom from Winnie and Walter gave me ample opportunity to practice my Copic coloring skills.  I was inspired by the sketch at CAS(E) this Sketch #204 and am also entering this card at Seize the Birthday Anything Goes.

I was inspired by the sketch at CAS Colours & Sketches #205 for my next card.  I used Lil Inkers Inky Flowers and colored with Copics.

Last of all--another birthday card, this one uses the free mini set PTI sent out in December.

I am entering this card at Simon Says Monday Be Square.

That's it for me today.

Thinking of You and Get Well

Hello and happy Mother's Day to everyone who either is a mother, has a mother, or both.  (I think I've covered just about everyone there.)

I finally have a few minutes to post some cards I made this week.  First up is a card inspired by the gorgeous Muse card my friend Michele created to inspire us.  Here is Michele's amazing card.

I was inspired by the flowers, purple (!!) and that embossed circle grounding Michel's focal point.

I white embossed my sentiment on a banner cut from Royal Velvet card stock.  My vase is vellum, and the flowers are from Winnie & Walter and I stamped on water color paper, fussy cut and then painted with Plum Pudding ink.

It is difficult to see in this photo, but I used a stitched oval to impress a shape surrounding my vase and flowers.

I am also linking this card up at Card Concept #54: Spring Flowers and Addicted to Stamps and More #192: Make Your Mark.

My next card was inspired by the sketch at Retro Rubber #37, but unfortunately, I missed the posting deadline.  No matter, because the sketch was still very useful as inspiration.  I realized that I am lacking in masculine get well cards, so I stamped a plaid pattern to play along at Addicted to CAS #87: Plaid and made 2 cards with that plaid.  They are almost the same, but I will show them both here anyway.

I used the Plaid Builder set from PTI in Green Parakeet, Hawaiian Shores and Pure Poppy.  I still have one more piece of this plaid pattern, so stay tuned to see it in a future card.
