Hello. I'm popping in on a Thursday with 2 cards I made this week. First up is a card I made in support of my friend, Sandie's post about Purple Day--the international day to raise awareness of epilepsy. For this card, I used Memory Box Flower Power stencil and a trio of Distress Ink purple inks.
I am entering this card at Memory Box Challenge #47: Flower Power and Simon Says Wednesday Challenge: Anything Goes.
I also played with my new Hero Arts Pet Turtle stamps to make this fun belated birthday card. I used the sketch from Freshly Made Sketches #381, rotated 90 degrees, and am also playing along at Addicted to Stamps and More #334: Clean and Simple, Addicted to CAS #155: Green, and Less is More #391: Take 3.

ReplyDeleteYou rocked the purple with this darling design! My class had a student with epilepsy and we experienced many a seizure episode in class until the teacher insisted that she administer the meds at school since the parents weren't consistent. It's a hard disease and from a dental background, hard on other body systems too. The turtles are adorable!
