Happy Birthday Happy Dancer!

I was so very excited to receive an invitation to the social event of the season--Ardyth and Darnell are throwing a birthday bash for Bev, our Happy Dancing friend.  Bev is such a talented crafter and warm-hearted friend.  Have a piece of cake while I show you my card for Bev.

I decided to CASE one of Bev's cards for her birthday party.  It took me a long time to decide which card because there were so many CAS beauties to choose from.  This is the card of Bev's that I picked to CASE.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BEV

I hope you have a wonderful and crafty day.

Of course, I had to use some NBUS and link to Darnell's NBUS challenge, since Darnell is one of the party hosts.  I used the SSS Bubble Parade die, which has been gathering dust in my craft room for several months now.

I ran that Bubble Parade die through in Limeade Ice, Tropical Teal and Hawaiian Shores, and decided to use all the extra bits for other cards.

Do you want to join in the fun at Bev's birthday bash?  Head on over to Ardyth's blog and join the linky party.

Thanks for Visiting

  4. Thank you for joining Bev's party revelry, Joyce, and for linking up to my second NBUS Challenge, too! Well done! I was just over at Kim's where she featured circles and now here you are doing the same (ala bubbles) and I love that they seem to be on-trend right now. Circles and bubbles are such happy little things with no sharp edges! I adore how you have used them to festivize and enhance your CAS cards and I especially love those colors!! Hugs, Darnell

  12. Mmmmm....chocolate....!!! That cake looks fantastic! I'll have to show my daughter this one too; maybe I can get her to make one for me!! Thank you Joyce, for helping me celebrate my birthday today. The birthday card is a wonderful CASE, and I'm delighted that there were enough extra bits to use on other cards! Those colors are so fun, and the circles are so appealing. Such a great die, and I can see I "need" this die, too! Well, I haven't ordered any birthday presents...yet....! Thanks for the birthday wishes, Joyce, it's been a wonderful day and you've made it extra special. Bev

  13. If I were more on top of things like you, I would make that second card right away while the supplies were out. I'm getting better at that (thank you for the additional motivation) but quite often I'm behind and need to move on to something else quickly. You make it look so natural! OK, I will try to improve : )
