Clean and Simple One Stamp, Three Ways

Today is Day 4 of Clean & Simple Card Making.  Wow--I am exhausted already.  But, there is really a lot of good content in this course, and I think the only way I'll get through it all is if I keep up every day.  I chose to use a sentiment stamp to make a background, and selected 'Celebrate' from PTI's Say it With Style.  I really love the font on these sentiments, and thought it would make a fun background.

Supplies Used (PTI):
Stamps:  Say it With Style, Tag-it's, Everyday Button Bits
Paper:  White
Other:  Hibiscus Burst Buttons

Thanks for Visiting

  1. LOVE this card. Love the pink and black, love the graphic feel of the card, love all of it. Great job!

  2. This is great , Joyce! I love the way you did the background with an open space in the middle. Wonderful idea and love the pink buttons! Yes, girls love the pink :) I would love to do the class but don't think I could fit it in. Always too much going on! Dont know how you do. One day I will take a class.

  3. Love, love, love these colors...
those pink button balloons are perfect!
    And love the background...
the grey and then the single bold, black...
    fabulous! :)

  4. Wow, stamping that one word in black really stands out against the smokey shadow ones. Those cute pink buttons really pop against the background. Cute card, you seem to be learning a lot and really getting your money's worth on the class!

  5. So so so good! I'm avoiding making my card bc I have no ideas... You have just got the mojo flowing ;)

  6. This card is just so sweet. I love how you stamped one of the words in black and it really pops off the card and those adorable pink buttons ballons, just so much fun.

  7. This is perfect, great take on the Day 4's class! I can't get over how straight your stamping is, lol. The sentiments are lined up so well. Absolutely adore the single stamped black Celebrate. Really makes it pop!

  8. Hi Joyce,

I'm loving the cards you are making for class and this one shows you have really nailed the CAS technique. Great design! I'm still working on Day 4 and hope to catch up at the weekend. You asked about our support for our local football teams in Manchester. I have to confess that I am not much of a football fan myself but the rest of the family are split between United and City so Derby days always leave someone happy!

  9. lovely card! The choice of colors really made the card pop.

  10. How fun! I love those little balloons and the background. Just perfect, and that splash of pink with the buttons... Love it!

  11. Love how you used Say It with Style for the background. I've had it on my radar and you are really showcasing it. Great focal point to go with your background. Love it!

  12. This is so fun! I love the pop of pink! Awesome background!
