Weekend Recap

I have 3 cards to post today.  First up is a card for Make it Monday #281: Patterns behind Die-Cut Windows and Simon Says Wednesday Challenge Showers and/or Flowers.

I used Background Basics Woodgrain as my pattern behind the window, and the Woodgrain Texture IP for the card front.

Next up is a card inspired by the sketch at CAS(E) this Sketch #218.  I loved the wavy look that our Time Out Guest Designer Michelle showed in her inspiration card, and incorporated that idea into this card.  I am also entering this at Seize the Birthday, where I have used only 1/2 of the optional topping.

Last up is a card inspired by the gorgeous Muse card by Jenni at Muse #212.

Jenni's Inspiration Card

I was inspired by the single color scheme and the flowers.  I used a sunflower stamp from PTI and a sentiment from MFT.

Thanks for Visiting

  20. I love your weekend recaps, Joyce. You always have such loveliness for us, like those blue flowers around the die window. The colorful bubbles are great for a birthday card, especially inside that curvy die, and the sunflowers in blue are perfectly stamped.
