Hello and happy Saturday.
I am playing along with the festivities for PTI's 9th Anniversary. My first card is for the Day 1 challenge, and uses Kay's color scheme.
I pulled out my latest flower set from PTI, Bold Blossoms. I followed this week's sketch at The Challenge #59.
I must really love this card and these colors, because I already CASEd it here. I am also entering this card at Addicted to CAS #81: Bloom.
Today's PTI Anniversary challenge asks us to find inspiration from our clothing. I pulled out a sweater I recently bought at Whte House Black Market that reminded me of Rosie Posie when I bought it.
I wanted to capture the white background as well as the red and white roses. I stamped some roses in Fresh Snow directly on to my black card front and then adhered some die cut roses stamped in Pure Poppy accented with Scarlet Jewel.
Last up is a card I made last week but never got a chance to post. I used my Winnie and Walter Maggies Roses dies for the first time. I am entering this card at Addicted to Stamps and More #179 Clean and Simple.
I will be sending this cards along to Jennifer McGuire for her Lasting Hearts card drive to comfort mothers who have lost a child.
Thanks for Visiting
