Waltzingmouse Cards

I took my newest Waltzingmouse stamps out to play and made two cards this weekend.

The first card uses Playful Pinwheels, and is for this week's Retrosketches RS#23.  I used some scraps of patterned paper (I think they are either Echo Park or My Minds Eye) and paper pieced the 4 sections of the pinwheel for the four elements of the focal point in the sketch.  I used several sentiments from the set in alternating colors to make the piece behind the pinwheel.

My next card is for this week's Waltzingmouse Sketch Challenge WMSC109, and I used North Shore and My Island, along with my brightest and sunniest card stock.  I used several images from My Island to create a background on the card front and on the border.
