Hello friends. I am a lucky girl today, because I was invited to join my friends at The 12 Kits of Occasions as their Guest Designer this month. Kim is our hostess, and when she invited me to join in on the fun, I was so excited. Way back in the day, I was one of the original members of this group, but left a few years ago when life just got a little too busy to participate every month.
Take a look at the goodies Kim sent in her 'LIGHTHOUSE' themed kit:
I had to grab all those adorable pirate koala bears and combine them in one card, anchored by the Comic Strip cover plate. Aren't they cute?
Next up is this nautical scene. Just love that fabulous light house. I am also entering this card at Cupcake Inspiration #503: Sports (sailing).
The next 2 cards use stamps from Hero Arts Seas the Day, and I am entering both of them at A Blog Named Hero: Clean & Simple.
As usual, I have quite a few leftovers from this really fun kit. Thank you again, Kim, for inviting me to play along with this very fun group.

ReplyDeleteJoyce all of your cards are so fun. Wasn't Kim's Kit a blast? I really love the comic strip card, I would have never though to get that die out and finally use it! The lighthouse with the clouds is one of my favourites and the two Hero Arts cards are both excellent examples of CAS cards. Beautiful colouring and so happy that you were our guest this month!

Your first has to be my favorite though...what a great idea to use all the sweet Koala's in one card...cute, CUTE card!! Your lighthouse card is just perfect and of course I'm loving those seagull cards too...there's something about their faces that just crack me up!! Wow, we were on the same page with the circle card, love the blending you did for the background .The last card is so cute , guess you know your sea life scenery. I have most of the cute little guys from your first card and cant wait to make one like you did. Hope all is well with you and your family.
