Four of a Kind #19 (October, 2013)

It is time for our quarterly Four of a Kind post--with the original gang together again---me, Cathy from Empty Nest Crafter, Kim from Cupcakes, Cards and Kim, and Renee from It's a Patchwork Life.

Our hostess this month is Renee from It's a Patchwork Life and she sent us this incredibly enormous, over the top, super-sized kit, chock full of all things nautical and navy--if you know Renee, this will not surprise you one bit.  Here is a picture of the kit she sent us.

There is a lot to get through, so I will not waste any time with my idle chatter...

I used the Washi Tape Renee sent for this simple card, and stamped my own sentiment.

Renee sent a bunch of tiny die cut fish, and I used some of them for a shaker card.

I used this week's CAS(E) this Sketch for my next card.

I am entering this next card into this week's CAS-UAL Fridays Challenge 'in stitches'.

I used my own sentiment and a Poppers die to make my last card, which I sent to my 12 year old nephew because he broke his wrist playing hockey.  I will be entering this card into the Simon Says Monday Challenge:  Nautical.

A peek at the inside:

Well, that's it for me.  Thank you so much, Renee, for sending such a wonderful kit. Despite the fact that I made so many cards, I still have what feels like an entire kit left.  I can't wait to see what everyone else does, so I can CASE them.

Here is a link to my pinterest board where I pin everyone's Four-of-a-Kind creations.  And, please head over to Renee's blog if you want to see a full supply list.

The other three members of Four-of-a-Kind are:

Cathy Weber:  Empty Nest Crafter
Kim Heggins:  Cupcakes, Cards and Kim
Renee Lynch:  It's A Patchwork Life
Please stop by their blogs, if you haven't been there already, and see what they have created for their October Four-of-a-Kind projects.
Thanks for Visiting
