My Crafty Week

I made a card for PTI Create Along with Us, and it was inspired by this card by Lizzie.  Lizzie's card had reindeer leaping over the tops of houses, and I have santa's reindeer flying over the mountains.  I cannot wait until my reindeer stamps arrive so I can make them fly over things.

I am also entering this card at Just Add Ink #386:  Just Add "R" (reindeer).

My next card is inspired by the sketch at CAS Colours And Sketches #249, and uses those same mountains as the card above, only I did not use the matching dies.

Another sketch inspired my next card and it is from Freshly Made Sketches #313.   I am also linking this card up at Addicted to Stamps and More #268: Holiday.

Last up is a card with a wreath and a bow, and it is inspired by the challenge at Addicted to CAS #124: Bows and the wreath in the photo inspiration at Fusion.

That's it for me today.  I am hoping to crank out some more holiday cards this weekend, so I'll be back on Sunday.  In the meantime, I hope to get out into blogland and pay some visits.

Time Out #96...Reminder...Happy Birthday

We have this beautiful card to case from Michele of I Card Everyone.

I was inspired by the diagonal of the pattern and sentiment and by the die cut word that was half white.  My twist is that I used patterned paper, rather than stencil and ink, and I made a birthday card rather than a thank you card.

Peace on Earth

I have one Christmas card to share today, that I am entering in a number of challenges.  My initial inspiration is from the Paper Players #370: White on White.

I used the PTI Winter Floral cover plate--I just love all that detail, and stamped my sentiment in Delicata Silvery Shimmer.

CASology Week #275: Sharp

Hello and happy Tuesday. It's time for another challenge at CASology.   This week, our cue word is SHARP.

This is one of those words where I turned to the dictionary to get some ideas for my card.

It is this musical interpretation that inspired my card.

I am so very behind on my holiday cards this year, so I pulled out PTI Songbirds and made a holiday card with a musical theme. (to be technical about it, there are not actually any sharps in this bit of tune, but I think you get the drift).

3 Cards from Yesterday

I am popping in quickly to post 3 cards I made yesterday, as the deadline is almost up for one of them.  I am just squeaking into Color Throwdown #468 with this thank you card.

While I had my Stylized Autumn stamps out, I made another version, this one inspired by the photo at Cupcake Inspirations #431.

Time Out #95...Reminder

There is still time to play along with our current challenge at Time Out.  Our challenge this time is:

Sympathy (with the optional twist of distress)

I chose to make a sympathy card using one of my favorite floral sets from PTI, called Forget Me Not.  I stamped some bloom clusters directly on my card, and some on die cuts which I adhered with foam tape for dimension.  I decided not to use any distressing on my card.

CASology Week #273: List
