Time Out #40 Reminder...Patience




We are about midway through our Time Out #40, where the challenge is to CASE this stunning card by Tracey of In My Creative Opinion.  It's not too late to play along.


Here is my second take.  I die cut and white embossed vellum trees and then adhered them over some sponged Distress Inks.  My embossing was not as crisp as I would have liked, but I think it works ok with the sentiment, which is in sort of a distressed style.

    I love that sentiment. Your embossing is really good-we are so critical of ourselves! And such gorgeous sponging. Naturally I love the CAS style x

    Simply gorgeous! Love that you turned it around and made a distressed style card which makes the embossing now seem intentional.
