I pulled out some Paper Smooches and PTI stamps that I have had for years to create another 'hang in there' card for my customer. I just love this little monkey, and it was great to have an excuse to ink him up.
I am entering this card at Retro Rubber #46 where the challenge is critter time and old stamps, and Simon Says Monday Stamp It challenge.
While I had that monkey out to play, I made a second card.
I'm so glad I took this little monkey out and inked him up. He makes me happy.
Thanks for Visiting
This monkey really is a cutie! I love how you stacked the houses on the first card and the bold red sentiment on the 2nd one...two fun cards, Joyce!

ReplyDeleteHi Joyce : ) I stopped by earlier today but didn't have time to really stop and admire your wonderful cards and comment the way I wanted to so I left... did my chores... and here I am back. Now!! about these ADORABLE CARDS!! I LOVE these monkeys so much!! Your first card is so much fun with the houses colored perfectly and the design! It reminds me of the "monkey business" of moving day! but this card would be just perfect for many occasions. Your second card is equally sweet! I think the monkeys work so well with those stitched dies!! you really give the impression of vines they are hanging from : ) Outstanding!!
ReplyDeleteOh my stars! Your client will be as enamoured with your cards as I am...and the people she shares them with will be beyond thrilled! The monkey is darling, especially paired with the house images in the first! Two smile-makers and spirit lifters!
