ColourQ #317...Happy Birthday

Hello and welcome to a new challenge at ColourQ.   We have a new color scheme for you this week. I was inspired to pull out an older PTI set called Quilled Elegance to make a birthday card. How will you be inspired?



I stamped my image in Memento Tuxedo Black and then colored with Copic markers.  I added some texture using the PTI Picnic Plaid Impression Plate and then popped up my front panel with foam tape.

    You make some of the best dry embossed cards! Do you stamp then emboss or the other way around?
