Hi there. I've got two birthday cards to share today. First up is a card using some of my very favorite Lawn Fawn critters. Almost all of my Lawn Fawn sets have animals in them, but I keep coming back to this adorable hippo and his birdie friend. The patterned papers are Lawn Fawn, too.
I am entering this card at Lawnscaping #107 Calling All Critters, Addicted to CAS #64 Animal, Less is More #226 2 or 4 legs, Seize the Birthday where the toppings option is animals, Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge #271 and Just Us Girls #295 Paper Piecing.
My next card is inspired by the June sketch at Happy Little Stampers and uses the colors from ColourQ #293. I changed things up just a little bit--rather than a relaxing beach scene with a hammock, I created a festive party on a card with streamers. My palm trees are the card borders and my setting sun is confetti starburst.
I am also entering this at Simon Says Wednesday where the challenge this week is Make it Masculine.
Thanks for Visiting
