The challenge this week at CAS-ual Fridays CFC57 is to use acetate or vellum. I decided to use acetate, since I bought an entire pack a long time ago, and haven't ever used it. I made a card inspired by this card shown by Nicole during the Lovely Layers release. I used this week's dynamic duos DD#7 colors of Black and Melon Mambo, which I interpreted as Hibiscus Burst. I skipped the dessert option of ribbon, since I couldn't see how to use it on this card--which is kind of strange, since I rarely skip dessert in real life.

Great card for both challenges Joyce. I love your framed window and what a great detail on the inside of the card.
ReplyDeleteOh Wow Joyce - this is so neat. I love your framed pink window with the medallion in the center. I think its really clever how you continued with the pink on the inside of the car and how both sides of the window are finished.
