Three Card Thursday

 



Hello and happy Thursday.  I'm popping in to share a few cards I've made this week.

First up is a card inspired by the current sketch at MFT Sketch Challenge #511.   I used images from MFT Our Story along with my new Let's Connect die and some paper from MFT Christmas Cheer for this fun card.





Still playing with that monitor die, I made a fun birthday card, and I am entering it at the MFT Birthday Project Challenge.  I used paper scraps for everything on my card front, including two bits of patterned paper, a piece of vellum to tone down the patterned paper, and scrap paper for all my die cuts.

I am also entering this card at Seize the Birthday #201: Use Your Scraps and WWC293.







Last up is a fun and spooky card in the spirit of Halloween.  I used some Halloween colors to cut out some glasses using Catherine Pooler Pet Specs dies, then adhered them to a piece of black card stock that I embossed with a spiderweb embossing folder.  A few pair of googlie eyes and some rhinestones completed this card.

    I love that you used just some of the smaller images from that MFT set - I will have to try that. The second card with the monitor is equally cute. And then your third card - so much fun! Love the specs with the googly eyes. So glad you linked this up at Inkspirational!

    These are so cute Joyce. I love the extra touches that really finish the cards off-like those score lines in the first and the use of vellum. In the second the way you grounded the images...all so adorable images. And the last one such fun and a fab mix of colours x

    Three awesome cards! I love the two zoomie cards, that monitor is so fun for cardmaking especially now! Love the spooky Halloween card too with the embossing!
