Hello and happy Tuesday. It's time for another challenge at CASology. This week, our cue word is VACATION. One of our family's favorite vacation spot is Maui. We have gone every year to the same time share since the kids were young. This year, we could not go because of the pandemic, so I created this card to at least get in the Aloha spirit. I used some really, really old stamps from PTI called Aloha.
Now it's your turn. How does VACATION inspire you?
As always, remember the following CAS guidelines when creating your design:
- One main image
- Lots of open space, uncluttered
- Limited layers & embellishments
- Quick & easy to recreate (Note: It may take a while to create a design you like, but once you have that design, making more should be a piece of cake!)
I hope you play along this week.
Please head on over to the CASology blog and gather some inspiration from our Guest Designer Francesca and the design team. We are sponsored this week by STAMPlorations.
Thanks for Visiting
Have not been to Maui, but I do love Kauai, and this card works equally for both. Beautiful colouring, and I love how your postage stamp echoes the flower.
