Time Out #95...Reminder




There is still time to play along with our current challenge at Time Out.  Our challenge this time is:

Sympathy (with the optional twist of distress)


I chose to make a sympathy card using one of my favorite floral sets from PTI, called Forget Me Not.  I stamped some bloom clusters directly on my card, and some on die cuts which I adhered with foam tape for dimension.  I decided not to use any distressing on my card.

    Love all the blue, my favorite color! :) The look of this card is very serene and soothing, perfect for a sympathy card. Great idea to die cut some of the stamped flowers for a different look.

    This is so gorgeous Joyce, and those little popped up clusters in the corners are a fantastic addition to the design. I love that font on the sentiment too. A wonderful sympathy card!

    Such a beautiful card Joyce - those forget-me-nots are so perfect for a sympathy card and love the way you have them elegantly cascading along across the card. It looks like you used the distress texture plate (I love that one - thanks for letting me know about them) - so maybe there is some optional twist after all :)
