Time Out #97...Reminder...Thanks Ever So Much

There is still time to play along with our current challenge at Time Out.  Our challenge this time is inspired by words.

I stamped the butterfly from PTI Ever So Much and then water colored it.  I stamped the sentiment on vellum and stuck it dead center on my card.

Please head over to Time Out to see more inspiration from our Design Team and Guest Designer. Our Guest Designer this week is Izzy, so please stop by her blog to see what she has created for this challenge.  STAMPlorations is our sponsor for this challenge.  Details for the prize are on the Time Out Challenge Blog.

This challenge will run another week.  I hope you will take some Time Out of your busy schedule to play along with us.

Guest Designer...Color Throwdown #471...Big Wish

Hello.  I am so happy to be a Guest Designer this week at Color Throwdown.  I was very lucky to get these beautiful colors to create with.

I cut some leaves from PTI Turning a New Leaf out of grey card stock and swiped them with Delicata Gold ink.  My card base is white and sentiment is black.  That is how I used these colors.

I hope you will play along with me and the team from Color Throwdown this week.

CASology Week #277: Round...Celebrate the Season

Hello and happy Tuesday. It's time for another challenge at CASology.   This week, our cue word is ROUND.

I remembered I had these Scene It dies from PTI that were meant to be used to create a circle, so I decided to make a holiday card with a round focal point.

Now it's your turn.  How does ROUND inspire you?  I hope you play along this week.  Please remember to keep it Clean and Simple.

Please head on over to the CASology blog and gather some inspiration from the design team.

PTI November 2017 Blog Hop

I'm playing along at the PTI November Blog Hop, where my card is inspired by this photo.

Lots to look at on this beautiful Thanksgiving table, but you know what immediately caught my eye....the wine, of course.

I am also linking up at Retro Rubber #76: Anything Goes (my stamps are from 2014), Simon Says Wednesday Challenge:  Food or Drink, and Addicted to Stamps and More #269: Clean and Simple.

Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving to all of my friends who are celebrating today.  And, happy Thursday to everyone else!  I am so grateful for the friendships I have made out in blogland.

Today I am posting a batch of holiday cards, inspired by various challenges.  I somehow left all my holiday crafting until the last moment, so I've been a whirling dervish of craftiness.

First up is a card inspired by this cute card by my friend Kim at Muse #243.

Kim's Inspiration Card

I was inspired by Kim's use of patterned paper, the window and her cute critters.  I am also entering this card at Retro Rubber #76: Anything Goes.  The penguin stamps are either from last Christmas or the year before.

Next up is a holiday card inspired by several challenges.

I used the sketch at Freshly Made Sketches #314, the Food and Drink challenge at Simon Says Wednesday Challenge, and am also entering at Christmas Card Challenges #26: Candy Cane.

CAS Colours and Sketches #250 has a color challenge and is also celebrating their birthday--happy birthday!!  I have used their colors for another holiday card.

I am also entering this card at Addicted to Stamps and More #269: Clean and Simple.

I broke out some festive washi tape for CAS on Friday #121: Washi Tape.  And, since I had to tear the Washi, I am also entering this card at Simon Says Monday Challenge: Tear it Up.

Last up today is a pair of cards inspired by the Paper Players #371: Warm and Cozy.

I made two versions, because I could not decide if the tree should be in front or behind the reindeer. I am thinking I like the one best with the tree behind.

OK, that's it for me.  Off to eat some turkey.

CASology Week #276: Cheer

Hello and happy Tuesday. It's time for another challenge at CASology.   This week, our cue word is CHEER.

I made a card using a bunch of wine bottle die cuts to create some texture and then a simple layered and shimmery "Cheers" sentiment die cut.  I will stamp something on the inside when I get ready to use this card--I'm thinking it will either be a birthday card or perhaps a card to celebrate a special achievement.

Now it's your turn.  How does CHEER inspire you?  I hope you play along this week.  Please remember to keep it Clean and Simple.

I am also entering this card at AAA Cards #103.

Please head on over to the CASology blog and gather some inspiration from the design team.

My Crafty Weekend

Sit down and grab a cup of tea.  I had a super crafty weekend, and now I am going to get everything posted before I head out for the afternoon.

First up is my CASE of this gorgeous card by Ardyth for MUSE #242.

Ardyth's Inspiration Card

I normally try to replicate the card when I CASE, but this time I tried to do something different.  I was inspired by the white and grey color scheme and the Christmas theme, and tried to be inspired in a different approach.

Next up is another jumping reindeer card for Just Add Ink #386: Just Add "R" challenge.  I am also entering this card at Addicted to Stamps and More #268: Holiday.  You can see my first jumping reindeer card here.

My next card is for the Simon Says Wednesday Challenge:  Furry Friends and The Male Room #73: Paper Piecing.  I colored the cat and dogs with Copics and paper pieced their hat, scarf and antlers.

My next card is inspired by the challenge at Inkspirational #148: Christmas card using only neutral colors.

Less is More #355 challenges us to CASE a really cute card.  Here is the card to CASE.

Inspirational Card

I was inspired by the design of the card and the cute and colored holiday focal point.

My next card is inspired by the challenge at Cupcake Inspirations #432 and also by this card by Michelle during the PTI release.

And, a second, slightly different version.

This card was inspired by the colors at this week's Color Throwdown #469.

Ok, last one.  Thanks for sticking around.

I am entering this birthday card at Seize the Birthday where the optional topping is Circles, Simon Says Monday challenge: It's a Stitch Up, and AAA Cards #103: Celebrate.
