Happy Birthday



Happy Mother's Day to all my friends.  I was lucky enough to get some crafty time today, and have 2 cards to share.

First up is a card using some new PTI dies--Cuddly Cat.



I was inspired by the sketch at CAS(E) this Sketch #221, and am also entering this card at AAA Cards #90: Embossing, Addicted to CAS #111: Pink, Seize the Birthday: Creatures or Animals, and Simon Says Wednesday Challenge: Going Dotty.









My second card was so quick to make.  I created a background with a sentiment from Pen and Ink, using the technique from this week's Make it Monday #284.  I am also entering this card at Addicted to Stamps and more #241: Anything Goes.

    Even though I'm not a cat lover, yours is adorable with the polka dot paper piecing. What a fun birthday card for your second one. Didn't order last month so still on the fence about Pen and Ink stamps but I'm pretty sure I "need" them. Sounds like you had a great Mother's Day with time to stamp!
