It's time for our September 12 Kits of Occasions group post. Our host this month is Jeanne from A Kept Life, and her theme is "This is Halloween". I am not kidding you when I say that my kit arrived in a large cardboard BOX, bursting at the seams. Here is a peek at the Kit Jeanne sent.

I used so many of the elements in this kit, but still have so much left over. Thanks so much, Jeanne, for sending such a wonderful kit.
That's it for me today. Please visit us over at the 12 Kits of Occasions blog, where you can see a list of all the other designers and click over to their blogs. You can also see who are 2 special Guest Designers are this month.

So much cuteness, Joyce! All your cards are fabulous!! "keep calm and eat candy corn" is my favorite. What a fun saying!!
ReplyDeleteSo much Halloween fun on one post....love all the spookyness and ghosts haunting about. Just perfect for the best holiday of the year!!!
ReplyDeleteHave to say, the sweet mummy passing by the hi lighted list is a favorite. A 'why didn't I think of that' moment, for sure. All just wonderful, Joyce! And I agree, they all seem to come together on their own!
ReplyDeleteLast minute or not these are CAS darlings! Love the haunted hill with just a strip of paper to the side. Wonderful cards from Jeanne's Kit!
ReplyDeleteI don't know about you, but I find it CRAZY that we both went for the highlighter pen on that mummy card, and that we both then used the mummy in EXACTLY the same way. Great minds, I guess... Terrific job with all of these!
ReplyDeleteThese are too cute to spook Joyce!! The highlighted line on the first card with the mummy is too clever and I like the pop of purple behind 'Boo'. Awesome job with Jeanne's Kit!!
ReplyDeleteJoyce so many fabulous cards! I love that you do things that I never even think to do--like highlighting #4 (you are Richard both did that--wow), the haunted house with the flag, such a great use of the candy corn paper and the last card with all the ghosts on black! You did an awesome job!
ReplyDeleteOh how cute!! LOVE your fun cards. My favorite is #4 with the outlining of Mummy. I wish I had thought of that!! Will be going back to make a card using that now!! Really fabulous job of using Jeanne's kit!!
ReplyDeleteFantastic job with Jeanne's kit, Joyce! Your mummy card is just priceless--my favorite! And I love the fun sentiment with the candy corn!
ReplyDeleteWow so many cards! Looks like it really was a box filled with so much! Great haloweencards, love the way you kept them still CAS! Hugs, Gerrina
ReplyDeleteAll of them are fabulous but I LOVE those silhouette dies of the trick or treaters..
ReplyDeleteI'm dying over those!! :)
Sorry I'm late Joyce - computer problems for me!! My favorite this time is the last one with all the ghosts! They just look like they're floating in the air - all different sizes and shapes. I have to admit.. a bit too much for even me to work with this time - I'm glad everyone was able to play with their favorites!
ReplyDeleteSeven magical cards, indeed, Joyce! You obviously had fun playing with the kit's assortment of fabulous elements, just as I did! I see plenty of ideas for 'leftovers' in my collection; casing sure to happen! What an honour to be playing alongside you and the others this month!

Such a fun collection of Halloween cards, Joyce! You've done an amazing job with your kit, and it sounds like it was a lot of fun playing with all these goodies :)
ReplyDeleteLovely card. The background is beautiful. And I love the supersized sentiment. Thanks for joining us at ATSM. All the best. Nandini DT
ReplyDeleteThese are all fantastic, Joyce!
ReplyDeleteThese are fantastic, Joyce! My favorite is your mummy card with the highlighted sentiment. LOVE that idea! Love how you were able to use so much patterned paper, too, while still maintaining such wonderful clean designs.
ReplyDeleteWOW! Look at all those cards! First off your first card is making me giggle! I love how you highlighted one on the list, goes perfect with the adorable mummy :) Then I love how much your haunted house card stands out on the white. The ghost card is awesome how you mixed all the different ghosts together!
