Three Cards and a Set of Tags



Hello friends.  I'm popping in with a few cards and tags.  I recently ordered Beautiful Day by Altenew and had to play with it the minute it arrived.


I made this card, inspired by the latest challenge at Fusion--the sketch as well as the flowers in the photo.  This stamp is a multi step stamp, and it is so easy to line up--much easier than some others I have.  I am also entering this card at Simon Says Wednesday challenge Thinking of You.






While I had everything set in my Misti, I made another card.


I am entering this card at Simon Says Stamp Monday challenge:  Thanks/Thanksgiving.


My next card is a cute little paper pieced number, and I will be sending it to Emily, a little girl battling cancer that Jennifer McGuire is sponsoring a card shower for.


Among other things, Emily likes dark pink and animals, so I created this card for her.  


I am also entering this card at Curtain Call Foxy, and Lawnscaping #110 In with the Old.





Last up are some tags using Avery Elle Let it Snow.  I was inspired by the Avery Elle tags I saw on Tracey's 25 Days of Christmas Tags and am also entering these tags at I Heart Avery Elle Holiday Tags challenge.


I colored the birds witih Prisma Color pencils, and made a set of 8 tags with all different color birds.

    I can see why you had to play with your new Altenew stamps right away...Your cards are gorgeous! I love the different shades of pink, and your designs are just beautiful! Love your fun AE tags, too! The bold B&W color combo looks amazing with the pop of color you added with the birds...so clever and sweet! Also, I'm sure Emily is going to love the card you've created for her! Your layout is so cute and the patterned papers are perfect for a little girl!

    You have been busy, Joyce!!!! Your first two cards with the beautiful flower is simply stunning!!!!! WOW, I LOVE it!!!! Both so elegant!!!! And your card for Emily is so darling!!!! You are really good at paper piecing - I remember seeing a few paper pieced cards on your blog lately - all very cute!!!! Your tags with the lovely colourful birds - so pretty!!!!
