CASology Week 162: Write

Hello and happy Tuesday.  It's time for another challenge at CASology.  Our cue word this week is WRITE.  A perfect word for this time of year, as my thoughts move towards the start of school.  It's a new situation for me this year--I only have one daughter starting school this September.  My oldest graduated in May, and will be spending this year traveling and having adventures while she takes a Gap Year before starting college in the fall of 2016.

I chose a simple primary color scheme for my pencils--die cut and stamped with Misti, my new stamping BFF.

After stamping my sentiment on my card front, I added some texture to my card front with the Book Print Impression Plate.  I love adding a little interest to the white space on my card with impression plates or embossing folders.

Here is another card I made using the same supplies while they were still out.  The paper is from the Pencil Me In Paper pad from PTI.

Now, it's your turn.  How are you inspired by WRITE?  I hope you play along this week. Please remember to keep it Clean and Simple.

Head on over to the CASology blog and gather some inspiration from the design team.
