Well, it's Tuesday afternoon and I have a very quick post for today. If you are looking for my CASology post, please click here or scroll down.
I've been loving the cards I've seen with the Make it Monday #103 doodling technique shown in this video, so I tried it myself using the flowers in Sending You.
I am also entering this card at CAS on Sunday #53: Girl Power and City Crafter #251: Washi Tape where my friend Darnell is their Guest Designer. I've got a strip of Washi Tape running down the left side of my card front.
I have one more entry into this week's CAS(E) this Sketch #112 and Seize the Birthday with a toppings of Masculine.
Gotta run to a lacrosse meeting at school.
Thanks for Visiting

Really love your modern, sketchy doodling, Joyce! It adds a lot to the flowers on your card. Way to sneak your secondary sentiment on the card too, right on top of the flowers. I hope you do more doodling in the future : )
ReplyDeleteWhat a terrific cards!! Thanks so much for playing along at CCCB!!
ReplyDeleteYour doodle card is just great, colour and design are spot on. I enjoyed seeing your stylish masculine card as well. Good luck with your entries

ReplyDeleteWow! I love how your doodling completely changes the look of the stamp set you chose! Love it! :)
ReplyDeleteTerrific cards, Joyce! I haven't tried that doodling yet, but I MUST do it! It turns out (after having 10 SU and 8 PTI floral sets sitting neglected on my shelf, that I don't do a lot of floral, but this, THIS, adds that touch of whimsy I like, another layer of interesting coolness, so I think I might be all over it if I can just get to it! Thank you for playing with me at City Crafter this week!! Hugs, Darnell
ReplyDeleteYour cards are stunning. I love your use of washi tape! Thanks so much for joining us at CCCB.

I doodled my little heart out yesterday, Joyce... sadly I didn't have one PTI stamp to use for the flowers! Add it to my list of "things to use" when I come visit!!! This card is so much fun!! WAIT. Did I see hounds-tooth washi? ACK!

Had to come back to tell you "thanks" for sharing that dynamic black card with us at CTS - I'm checking, but I think you may be the only one who has used the duo-cut-color blocking as I did, with Chrissy as my muse! Fabulous!

ReplyDeleteCAN I just remind you how AWESOME you are - both of these cards are stunning - but in different ways and styles!!!
