PTI 7th Anniversary--Monthly Moments Trading Card Challenge

When I woke up this morning, I had no idea what a Trading Card was.  After reading about the Monthly Moments Trading Card Challenge and all the new PTI products, I thought I'd make a card and then get on with my day.  Well, one thing led to another, I kept pulling stamp sets out--some that hadn't seen ink in a long time, and before I knew it, I had an enormous mess on my hands and a big stack of Trading Cards.  These little cards are so much fun to make.  I had a very crafty day, and now I have a big mess to clean up.

Warning--lots of pictures:

Hello Foxy
Kim and I did a bit of Facebook chatting while we were crafting today, and I credit her for the inspiration for these final three.

Green Thumb

Stylish Sentiments Birthday

Lastly, I have a card for this week's Make it Monday #151, using the sketch and color scheme from the Anniversary Recipe challenge.  I used Washi tape for Hawaiian Shores, Raspberry Fizz, and Summer Sunrise, and skipped the Scarlet Jewel.  Instead of stamping the lower layer of the banner, I used coordinating washi tape and die cut paper covered with tape.

That's it for me today.  I have a huge mess on my desk that I need to clean up before I start playing again.  I know there were a lot of photos today.  Thanks for sticking with me till the end.

Thanks for Visiting

  10. Amazing, Joyce ... I can't imagine creating so many (trading) cards in one day, never mind such awesome ones! Such cool use of the washi tape (a bandwagon I still haven't jumped on yet, despite the regular temptation from you and Kim!). My fave's the Live, Love, Life one ... chevrons and a rainbow ... blissful! Anita :)

  16. Darling, I think you got confused. I think you mixed up the challenge where we had 17 minutes to make a card, not to make 17 cards!!

In all seriously, you are a machine!! These are all sensational!! I'm in need of a nap. (You should have taken a picture of your desk/floor!! I can only imagine!) Hugs, Darnell
