I have a few cards today--some for challenges, and one just to play around with my new stamps.
I am playing with Seize the Birthday for my very first time. I really liked the sketch for this week, STB #9. It seemed the right sketch to use for my very first card with my new Cutting Garden stamp set. These flowers are just so pretty in person, and I scribbled all over them with a Sakura gel pen so they are very glittery. Believe it or not, those flowers and the patterned paper are Berry Sorbet. However, they are showing up on my screen as red. I am also entering this card in this week's Simon Says Stamp 'Bit O ' Green challenge.

My next card is for this week's CAS(E) this Sketch CTS #18. I turned the sketch upside down, and used the ragged edges of the water color streak to represent the scalloped border. The splotches are from Grunge Me as well as Watercolor Wonder.

I made this card just to play more with my new Watercolor Wonder set. I am also entering it into the Simon Says Stamp 'Bit O ' Green challenge. I got my inspiration for the layout of this card from this card by Belinda.
Another card I made just to play around with Watercolor Wonder. I used some stars from the centers of the star border die, and coated them with Glossy Accents.
My last project is actually an envelope, and it is for this week's Serendipity Challenge SSCB#7 to decorate an envelope. I decorated an envelope to match the card I made for last week's challenge. This is the back.
This is the front. I stamped a label from PTI Label Basics, and then masked it off and stamped the Hero Arts Envelope pattern over the entire envelope front.
Here is the envelope with the matching card. I think this is my lucky card, since it won the $20 prize at Serendipity last week.
