Retro Sketches #46 and January CARDS challenge
Don't you just love it when you see a challenge, and know immediately what you want to do? This week's Retro Sketches #46 features a sketch from someone I love to Pin--Laurie from Soapbox Creations. The sketch is based on a card I remember seeing when she originally posted it--I wanted to CASE it then, and I am finally doing it today. Here is her original card. I love the way the white embossing looks against the blocks of color.
I am using this month's CARDs Blog Challenge colors in my card. These colors seem to me to be very soothing, perfect for a sympathy card.
