Today I have a card for the February Waltzingmouse Blog Party. The theme is spring. This was easy for me. I live in San Diego, and almost every winter day feels like spring. I think I will send this card to someone who lives where it is cold (like below 65 degrees).
I don't have too many Waltzingmouse sets yet, but I have generous friends who have sent me images and even lent me stamps so I could play along. Cathy from Empty Nest Crafter sent me these adorable birds, and Kim from Cupcakes, Cards and Kim lent me her Off Beat Background set. Aren't they the best?

This is a very colorful spring looking card. Love the chicks stamped on the dotted paper. This really gives it some spark. Love the plaid background in those great colors. The buttons are a great embesllishment.

I forgot I sent you those birds Joyce! They turned out to be the perfect image for a Spring time card. I love that you stamped that cute plaid background too. Just goes to show you that we all don't "need" every single stamp set because you can make a great card with what you have on hand. Wish I followed that advice!
