I'm back with another post for Papertrey's Anniversary celebration. I've got some sweet treat holders to show. My friend, Kim from Cupcakes, Cards and Kim sent me the cutest treat holder, amongst other goodies. The treat holders are called 'Sour Cream Containers' and here is a tutorial on SCS.
Here is one for my youngest daughter. The stamped owl was kindly sent to me by Marybeth, and my daughter, Rachel, did the coloring.
Rachel also colored this cute little dog, also sent to me by Marybeth. She does not know that she colored her own treat holder. Mom is tricky.
One more treat holder--this one for Sarah's homeroom teacher.
This is what it looks like along with the note card set I made and showed here. I just love that Loopsy Daisy die. The button on top is one I made with polymer clay.

ReplyDeleteLOL, I just practiced making one of those sour cream containers myself, wasn't that a neat idea Kim had? I love how you dressed them up with the stamped images. The coloring was so great, tell Rachel I loved it. The loopy bow really makes a fantastic presentation for your gifts.

Oh my gosh, I have some of these in these containers in the works, but I can't show them yet! It's been a very long time since I have seen them done!
