Giant Ice Cream Cone

I saw this card posted by Katie for her CAS-ual Friday challenge entry, and knew I had to make one of my own for my niece's upcoming birthday.  She loves ice cream as much as I do, and it is something we enjoy together as often as we can.  Unfortunately, we live in different ends of the state, so we don't get to go out for ice cream together as much as we did when I lived closer.  I think she will really like this card, especially if I tuck some Baskin Robbins gift certificates inside.  I have to say that I didn't change much from the original card, as I didn't think I could improve upon it.  I did  use different paper, because I didn't have the patterned paper Katie had, but that will change with my August Papertrey order.



Supplies Used (all supplies Papertrey unless noted otherwise)
Stamps:  Sweet as Can Be
Paper:  Rustic White, Kraft, 2009 Bitty Dot Basics
Other:  Sweet as Can Be Die, felt, button, DMC floss

    This is going to be such a great card for your niece. I love that bitty dot paper for the ice cream. That is one gigantic cone! You have totally gotten your money's worth with this set. That is always so nice.

    I love that you are making so many cards with this set! I love the super tall cone on this one! Wouldn't that be awesome in real life? ;)
