Friend Blend

I'm back from my New Hampshire vacation, and ready to share a card I made a while ago.  I sent this card recently to a friend to let her know I was thinking about her, as she seemed to be having a bit of a hard time.

I used a technique I learned from a  PTI Make it Monday video on cracked glass using UTEE.  I decided not to crack these little tea cups, but did pop them up with dimensionals and stacked them.  If I were a better photographer, you would see the gloss on the teacups that make them look a little bit like real china.

Supplies Used (All PTI)
Stamps:  Tea for Two Additions
Paper:  Damask Designs patterned paper, white, kraft
Other:  Tea for Two die, Edgers #3 die, Raspberry Fizz saddle stitch ribbon, orange zest button, twine

Thanks for Visiting

  3. Love the way you've 'stacked' the tea cups. I just got the Tea for Two Additions set, so I'm going to have to try this out. Thanks for the inspiration.

  8. This card is so pretty and I say that as I look directly at it on the window ledge in front of me. I was having a hard time lately, but things are much better now and I have received so many nice cards and comments from my PTI friends. This card has the cutest little tea tag stamped to look like it is dangling from the button and bow. So cute. It made my day to receive it.
